Jesus Christ is important because He came into the world to save anyone who "fears Him and does what it is right" (Acts 10:35). He is God's gracious offer of salvation. He is the Son of God and the Lord of glory.
And you are important because Jesus Christ died for you. Everything He offers He offers to you . . . and me. All of us need Christ. You need Him too. And to have the eternal life Jesus offers, we must come in faith and act in faith . . . today. For today is the day of salvation.
